Time Trap Self-Assessment based on the work of Harvard Professor Dr. Ashley Whillans

Time Traps:

Evaluate your time traps that are distracting you from achieving, or enjoying what you love most. At the end of this edition, there is a “Time Traps Habits - Self Assessment” that I encourage you to try - the lower the score the better for this one.

I scored a 15/48 which is pretty low and shows some room for improvement.
